Dennis Mac Alistair Ritchie was an American computer scientist. He created the C programming language and, with long-time colleague Ken Thompson, the Unix operating system and B programming language. He develops C programming in 1972 by combining the programs like ALGOL-60, CPL, BCPL,(CPL & BCPL are types less language) B and he also adds the concept of data type in C.  in 1989 C got the standard of ANSI-C, and later on, it has got many other standards, according to that C have a different name such as "C95" "C11" etc.
